tattoo inquiries and appointments

Submitting an inquiry or booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are subject to artist availability, project suitability, scheduling, and any applicable deposit requirements.

Additional policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, design changes, and appointment preparation may be provided during the booking process. By confirming an appointment, you agree to any policies communicated to you in connection with that appointment.

Sirène Studio reserves the right to decline any tattoo request or service at its discretion.

age requirements

Tattoo services are available only to clients who are 18 years of age or older, regardless of parental consent.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required before a tattoo appointment. Sirène Studio will not provide or offer tattoo services to anyone under 18 years of age.

client consent and health information

Before receiving tattoo services, clients will be required to complete and sign any consent forms, health questionnaires, acknowledgments, and other documentation required by applicable law or reasonably requested by Sirène Studio or the individual artist.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to the safe performance of tattoo services and for informing their artist of any circumstances that may affect the procedure or healing process.

Sirène Studio may decline, postpone, or discontinue a tattoo service when reasonably necessary for health, safety, legal, or professional reasons.

deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling

Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve your appointment time.

Unless otherwise stated during booking, deposits may be non-refundable and may be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies may vary depending on the artist or appointment. The policies provided to you when your appointment is confirmed will apply to your booking.

pricing and estimates

Any pricing information or estimates provided before an appointment are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on size, placement, complexity, design changes, time required, and the individual artist’s rates. Final pricing will be communicated by the artist or studio in connection with the appointment.

tattoo results and aftercare

Tattoo results can vary depending on skin type, placement, healing, aftercare, lifestyle, and other individual factors.

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their artist.

Sirène Studio cannot guarantee how a tattoo will heal or appear over time and is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed health information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have concerns about healing or possible medical complications, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

products and artwork

From time to time, Sirène Studio may sell prints, artwork, merchandise, or other products through this website.

Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or listing errors, and discontinue products at any time.

shipping and returns

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sirène Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any applicable return, exchange, or refund policies presented at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, tattoo designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and other content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Sirène Studio or the respective artist.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

Purchasing artwork, merchandise, or receiving a tattoo does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

photography and portfolio use

Sirène Studio and its artists may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes where permitted and with any consent required by applicable law.

If you have questions or concerns regarding photography of your tattoo, please discuss them with your artist.
